I have more than 10 years of experience in the gastronomic area and have worked for prestigious hotels such as Westin Playa Conchal, Hotel Mangroove and Hotel Harmony where I have learned all kinds of cuisine, so I feel totally confident that I can satisfy my clients with any kind of food they want.

I consider myself a humble person and above all grateful to God for the opportunities he has given me throughout my life as well as my family.

I like sports, surfing and soccer. I also really enjoy fishing.
